Why is my Astro A10 Mic not Working PS4?
Astro a10 headset mic not working ps4-10 out of 5 stars Mic did not work for PS4 35mm jack not working properly Reviewed in the United States on Color Black Style Gen 1 Pattern Name Playstation/PC Configuration Headset Only Verified PurchaseJust got astro a10 (wired) headset and the mic isn't working The ps4 isn't even showing a mic, I can't adjust mic level and the audio input settings doesn't show one I plugged it in the right way and flipped it down Am I missing something, or should I take them back?

I understand you are experiencing issues with your A10 Standalone Here are a few steps you can take to attempt to remedy the issues Make sure the inline cable is fully seated in the headset and on the Xbox One/PS4 controller Make sure your Microphone is down and not up and muted When the Microphone is in the up position, it is mutedThe mic of Astro A10 may not work due to the outdated OS of your system/console Moreover, if the Astro A10 is not set as the default mic of your console/system, the mic might not work as well Additionally, unplug and then plug back the Astro A10 mic Make sure the mute button on your headset is not muted
